MORE ABOUT ME.

I LOVE NATURE AND MEDITATION

For me, meditation is a practice in awareness, being in a space where creativity and a sense of wholeness can emerge. I believe pacing matters, both in edits and in life. The right rhythm and energy can create space between moments, and there’s something powerful about knowing when to move, when to pause, and when to simply listen.

As Robert Greene puts it, "The truth is that creative activity is one that involves the entire self — our emotions, our levels of energy, our characters, and our minds."
